| General Overview | Bulin has always had trouble with how much his kind has a strict military dictatorship. At least that is what he has felt during his life. He has had to hide this for so long he feels as if he is lost within himself. From an early age he discovered rumors of a small sect of others like him. Managing to find this sect he learned that he has desire to be part of a unification of Vulcan and romulan. This has provided him some comfort yet a realization came to him. There was more at stake for him then making this battle on his planet. He set his mind on joining the federation, regardless of the consequences. It took him 2 years to find sponsorship and to finish the academy. Would this all be worth it, or did he just alienate himself from his entire race. He grew up learning what he could about systems that make ships move. | |

Personal History
| Personal History | From the early age of 5 Bulin felt that the course of his people was wrong. He learned equally early that thoughts of how this was wrong would be severely punished. He had to learn to hide his thoughts, and follow the crowd. This lead him to dislike life until he found a small sect of his people that believed a unification of his race and the Vulcan could be achieved. His life was lead on the run in his teenage years, and during that time he took to learning about engines, warp drives, and how they worked. Flow regulations, fixing them and anything he could. When he was old enough he managed to get off planet, with help from his few friends, and a smuggling ship by the name of ulitan. Captained by a Vulcan by the name of Lysander. After working on the ship for a year he spoke with the captain about his true desire of brining about a unification of romulan and Vulcan people in depth and spoke to him about joining the federation. Hesitantly he agreed to assist the young romulan and through much deliberations with admirals he was finally approved to join. However he would be closely watched. Due to stipulations people put on him, and much distrust it took some time for others to come around to a romulan being around. Eventually he graduated the academy and would be posted to an actual ship, the myogi. |
