Hiatus Time

To all crew,

It is with regret that I must inform you that I am putting our sim on hiatus. I may have let a few of you in on what's been happening with my real life situation, but now it has reached a point where I have to rip the bandaid off and tell all of you:

Since last May, I have been in the process of putting my life into boxes in preparation for a cross-country move to Florida. Well, that cross-country move will be happening soon. Very soon. As of the time of writing, we have been given a closing date of January 26, 2023. However, we will need to be in Florida in advance to conduct final inspections ahead of closing. As such, our hiatus will begin on January 17 and will last until we have internet set up in our new home.

During our hiatus, Insurrection will not be progressing. However, Christmas Vacation will remain open during our hiatus if anyone's in the mood to write some character development during the hiatus. When the hiatus ends, I will post another news item announcing our reactivation, followed by a roll call. Further details will follow when our reactivation is announced.

Thank you all for your patience, and I look forward to seeing you on the other side of the hiatus.
